Refund policy

Due to the nature of our jewellery and for hygiene reasons, only charms are refundable.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are at the expense of the customer. We will not be held responsible for loss or damage during shipment. We recommend you use a tracked and signed service.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We DO NOT accept returns due to the following conditions :

• Bent hoops
  
• Loss of items due to improper closure (we recommend getting all jewellery fitted at a reputable piercing studio)
  
• Damage resulting from improper use by the buyer
  
• Damage resulting from modification or repair by a third party
