Why buy from us?
Our Gold is 14K, Recycled and will not tarnish (14K is industry standard for piercings, and consists of 58.5% solid gold mixed with other alloys – our gold is nickel free). 9K solid gold tends to corrode (turn a copper colour) quickly as its composition is only 37.5% gold. Anything lower than 14K could irritate piercings.
Our Cubic Zirconia is the highest grade on the market, the industry standard used is 3A. We use 6A, which is the closest in colour and clarity to a real diamond. By using Cubic Zirconia over real Diamonds, we not only reduce the conflicts involved with mining, but the process requires fewer chemicals and fossil fuels, and there’s no need to alter water sources or entire ecosystems.
We have spent 3 years testing the comfort and durability of our jewellery. We wanted to get away from the uncomfortable traditional butterfly backs that dig into the ear during sleep, and to avoid the need to remove our earrings when showering or going to the gym, And finally, to be confident that they will stay in the ear, with our internally threaded screw design which is 4.5mm long.
